For the safety of our kennel staff and your pets' protection, the public is not allowed where dogs are being kept. Our insurance company regulates who can be present in the kennel area but more importantly, we take the utmost care when moving dogs from one area to another. You can imagine, that some dogs are friendly with other dogs, others are not. These considerations are always on our minds when we are moving dogs to exercise areas or to your car. 

We also use a double-enclosure system when you bring or pick up your dogs. This is similar to visiting a dog park, where there is a double gate for entering and exiting. For these reasons, please do not enter the kennel areas, but instead wait by your car or inside the office. We have a buzzer in the office for you to alert staff that you are here. Please don't hesitate to use it.
